Our family-run company was set up following an amazing career as a Headteacher in Specialist Provisions. It was an honour to attend the Royal Garden Party in 2022 in recognition of my achievements. Supported by by husband I am privilidged to still be involved in supporting those who are working tirelessly to meet the needs of those with SEND.

Having improved standards in many schools, and been judged by Challenge Partners to be "an inspirational leader", I am able to support leaders to:

- Evaluate and monitor provision effectiveness, as well as the impact of improvement actions
- Provide capacity for Leadership Teams in development and looking for impact within the provision
Training and Staff Development
Improving the Quality of Education
Having been involved in supporting the training of teachers from initial teaching training through to GTP and SCITT I can support the development of quality teaching and learning for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
